Colourwork Cowl Generator

The pattern motif I want to use has stitches and rows.

My gauge for the yarn I want to use on size mm needles is rows and stitches for a 10cm square

I want the colourwork bit of my cowl to be cm tall and cm circumference. This doesn't include the top and bottom ribbing.
